This place is horrible, take my advice, stay away, this is more like a prison than anything else, the place is also hunted, the administrator is loca,the review with five star is the administrator, she loves herself too much that she sends postcards and flowers to herself,

Decent. Doesnt smell, staff does their job; always friendly and helpful. At times, they are short staff in the memory care unit. My mom was there for 3+ yrs until her death. The problems I had was I purchased expensive lotions and soaps for mom's dry skin and even though they were locked up and her name was written (with a blk marker) on them, they came up missing; from the beginning clothes, sheeting, and blankets are (i guess) mixed in the general wash...very few ended up in her room even though her name was marked on them (not really a big deal, so i started buying used clothing for her since she would ruin them with human waste).

This place has changed so much within a year. With the new management, it feels more welcoming, the people are nicer, and the building is very clean too.
