My Good friend was there but staff was horrible.Dr Chong was not respectful and wasn't considerate to her patients .

This place is cleaner than most. Most staff is freandly. After 7 years of me and my mom taking care of my dad with in Brercrest, after one week left alone due to covid19 restrictions. My father past away under their total care. I strongly agree that their staff needs supervision and more traing. My father was peralised and was death and aware he need total care.we left my dad fine without complications.we had a hard time communicating. We dont know what happened. Most nurses are overwhelmed with more tha 7 residents.it is very easy to overlook. Quality of life is questionable. There is alot of cussing in Spanish. This place needs reform. There is little nurses and always alot of admissions. We need better places to take our loved ones in time of need. This is our only alternative.

This is one of the nicest place I have been to where staff takes care of the residents with respect and they are available at all times. Thank you

The nurses here are irresponsible . I went to visit my moms friend's husband they didn't give him his lunch on time . They knew he was going to be in his room not the other room . They left his food in the other room. If we didn't tell the nurses to give him his lunch he would've been starving. He was so hungry. The nurses act like their doing their job but their not. Someone needs to do something . The elderly are people too and have feelings. I cant imagine how the elderly in the future are going to be treated like .The food they give the elderly in every convalesence home Ive been to including this one give horrible food to them. The food doesnt look fresh. It looks gross smells bad too .it doesn't smell good.Plus the food looks like it can cause even more sickness to them for them to get sick there I guess and if their sick the nurses will make more money out of the sick person because if the elderly sick person is there. The people there are making more business there because of the elderly person staying there. It's ridiculous. Their's no Love !! Do Me a favor if your thinking to bring your elderly parents or brother or sister or aunt or cousin or anyone in your family or friends . Do Not Take them to Any Convalesence home in America !! . Take care of your family . Because they don't deserve business .

My husband is there for rehabilitation and every time he presses the button for the nurse to come it takes them at least 45mins. to respond. He fell and hurt his arm and an hour later they still hadn't come to clean and bandage it. I had to go to the front desk and ask them what is taking so long to get something done around here, this is unacceptable. I would leave my dog here to stay!!!!
