Staff is extremely rude. I have had to communicate with Jamie several times, and not once has she been polite. She always talks down to me and treats me like I'm stupid. I definitely recommend choosing a company with more caring and friendly staff.

Very nice staff that goes out of their way to be helpful. Christina and Georgia are really kind and thoughtful. We ended up putting my grandma into an assisted living facility, but if it doesnt work out we will be use Kindred to help us take care of her. I think more people leave negative reviews than positive, so definitely give them a call and discuss your needs even though theres a couple bad reviews. Theres lots of happy clients who didnt write any reviews too.

Employees are always on the cell phone and don't do their jobs. Also many do not know how to actually clean. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
