Butterfield Trail Village is an exceptional community within an outstanding city, full of active retirees living their best lives. There are so many things to do, amenities galore, and the staff is both talented and friendly. The grounds surrounding the apartments, cottages and village homes are gorgeous and the Razorback Greenway trail system is easily accessible for walkers and bikers. There are too many reasons to list why Butterfield has been best in class for 30+ years!

Have a friend living here and she has a leak above her car port. She has asked multiple times to have it fixed (6 months-ish) and it continues to get worse, but no one will do anything about it. HELP!

The couples and individuals Ive met that live at Butterfield Trail Village are so happy and taken care of. Love the exercise room also. Thank you Melinda Silva for inviting me to see your great location!
