Fairmount Assisted Living and Memory Care

Fairmont Assisted Living is a god-send for my sister. Due to level of care issues, my sister was moved to Fairmont in March 2018. We had searched for some time before making our decision which was based on LOCATION: Wilmot & Speedway; CLEAN PREMISES; GOOD FOOD provided by knowledgeable chefs and serving staff; PLEASANT SURROUNDINGS including an outdoor walking area, covered pagoda, chickens, bunnies, and outdoor garden area with an accompanying sitting arrangement for gatherings, STAFF congeniality - very friendly, knowledgeble within their professions, easy to get along with. All are loving and caring and that love and care is reflected in their eyes, as the eyes are the windows into the individual souls.Regarding the staff - if you are looking for a staff that reflects on the establishment they are employed by, and the residents they cater to, you will not find this level of care, compassion, and understanding in an institutional-style (big corporate) setting. Our sister is very happy at Fairmount - and, as the saying goes, if the sister is happy, the family is (in our case) ecstatic.

My husband and I went to tour the facility at Fairmount Assisted Living and Memory Care. I already had high expectations going in, being that we had been referred to the facility by a N.P. from yet another place, however my expectations were highly exceeded! I first noticed the staff are pleasant and happy to be working there, that along with a very bright and active environment makes such a difference when everyone wants to be there, instead of having to be there like you see on so many other caregivers faces. I found it also to be a very clean and well kept place. With the interaction of open sunlight, birds with many feeders about, and even bunnies running around outside, it is sincerely a pleasurable and great place to find. Fairmount is a bit of a jewel in the desert for Tucson and I would highly recommend it for anyone who truly cares about the value of where their loved ones are placed. Julia L.

The facility is beautiful.

I've been blessed to be able to perform for the residents here at Fairmount for years. It's a top quality, high class facility. The residents are very well taken care of, the staff is wonderful! Attentive, and caring. Creating relationships with the residents. It really is a joy to witness and be a part of!
