Brookdale Tempe

My dad has been a memory care resident here since September of 2018, after his prior memory care facility determined that it could not meet his needs. We feel so fortunate -- the care here is extraordinary, the staff is loving and kind, and they all work as a team in providing care to all of their residents. Their hard work and dedication shows in everything they do, and especially now during the challenges faced with CV19. Thank you Brookdale Tempe!!

I toured 9 facilities in researching the very difficult decision of where my mother should live. She is in the moderate-severe stages of Alzheimer's and unable to consider her options. We were truly blessed with an open room at our top selection: Brookdale Tempe. Not only is this facility unique in its design, set-up and personal identification/touches... but the staff are exquisite, respectful, understanding, well-trained, experienced and a close knit family. I've experienced a wide range of emotions during this transition, but it warms my heart and puts me at ease to see my mom light up when she interacts with the caregivers and staff. I know that everyone is working toward the same goal of increased quality of life for as long as possible for each resident along their own journey. I find that there is always a friendly voice answering every call, my emails/questions are responded to quickly and the culture at Brookdale Tempe is to say yes! to any request if it can work in any way. I cannot convey my/my familys/my mothers friends gratitude for the safety, patience, care, activities, stimulation, nutrition and love that my mom is experiencing and the continuous updates, pictures and videos we are receiving showing how well she is doing.

Brookdale of Tempe is a lovely retirement home. I used to be an active volunteer at Brookdale, and while I was there, I saw an unmatched level of the compassionate care given to their residents. All of the employees are very welcoming and caring at Brookdale, unlike some other retirement homes. The people at Brookdale are always welcoming to visitors and often host entertaining events for the whole family to enjoy. If you want a caring and loving home for your parent or loved one suffering from Alzheimers or Dementia, this is the perfect place.

Brookdale Tempe is more like a family than just a place that takes care of people. My wife's grandmother lives there. The family had many options, but this was the place for her.
