Always on time, which is VERY important in our case. Always polite and respectful of both myself and mother. They keep up on the housework that she can't do anymore which helps me a great deal. And mom's dog loves them, so they must be good :) And on the office side, they have been helpful with the paperwork/insurance. Overall I am very pleased with BrightStar.

ShawnTae does excellent work. She is the best we have had for cleaning and asks what she can do to help us. Since we have vegetarian meals She follows my directions and recipes.

Elisa, our care giver is compassionate, completely reliable, and tough when it is called for. We feel completely at ease with her in our home and caring for a member of our family. She communicates regularly and never complains about her duties. She is very happy- go lucky and we are so thrilled to have found her!
