The apartment is a good place for older people. Very peaceful, safe and clean.

My father in law has lived here for 2 years. He is 90 and widowed. It might not be up to 'Scottsdale' standards, but for an elderly hearing impaired widower on Social Security, it is affordable and safe. The location is optimal with bus and grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff are not 'so called', they are helpful and attentive to elderly tenants. I go to Bonita Vista nearly every day. It is a safe, convenient and AFFORDABLE complex for low income seniors.

My vehicle was damaged this weekend. my concerns about the care provided have gone unaddressed by the management here. The police were called so that the so called 'onsite manager' would leave me alone while I was moving my mother out this weekend.
