Worst place on earth. Unscrupulous business managers. Nurses here are wonderful and provide some of the best service around, however the nurses are underpaid and are abused like slaves. In addition, the facility is in desperate need of repairs and remodel.

I'm 58 years old and recently diagnosed with multiple myeloma, so not in good shape. I was transferred to this facility from Flagstaff Hospital for physical therapy rehab to help with recovery from cracked ribs sustained in a vehicle accident. It was clear on arrival that the facility was disorganized (medications had not been delivered, no PT had been scheduled), and all of the staff were at each other's throats. Bedside manner is below anything I have experienced in any industry. There are no smiles, and no empathy shown by any of the staff. Medical equipment is scarce, outdated and often non-functioning. I'm surprised the authorities have not shut down this place.

My mom has had two stays at Kachina Point for recovery. Both stays she was treated with care, dignity and excellent therapy services. We would use them again if we ever have the need.
