I fell in love with this place , and I was going to place my mother here . I notice during my visit there maintenance was cleaning the resident rooms . I mean where is the house keeping people at? This was unacceptable , a big big red flag! This action made me and my mother feel unsafe. Aside the dinning room we had our lunch in had a awful smell , like burnt oil , I mean for our price that we were going to pay was not worth it at all! Aside of everything , they had so many wonderful services but did have the proper staff to accommodate our needs!

I worked here for about 6 or so months. The staff is extremely friendly, compassionate, and hard working. They keep it very clean and professional. The kitchen's food is delicious. Also residents were seemly very content. 5 stars for sure.

Been here 4 years and the last 6 months I have seen more projects, better lawn service and amazing Maintenance crew than all the previous years. This place is very lively, positive energy vibes throughout the community. I was really impressed with how well management communicated with not only visitors but residents and staff members. If you are looking for an elegant, positive energy place to retire and call home Andara should be on top of your list. I think the new Executive Director Kristi has a great heart and is doing a wonderful Job!! Jill is great with activities, JV the new chef omg he is great!! every employee has a big smile and it's been so wonderful to see the positive change! Thank you Andara for bringing in Kristi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor management skills or inexperienced staffBeautiful place but very filthy, unsanitary restrooms, grubby carpets,,, the sky bridge squalid,grimy baseboards, yucky elevators, finger prints and spiderwebs everywhere, full trash cans, dingy hallways, sleazy place needs more attention, did not meet all my standards. WHAT A SHAME!!
