Over 3 months to get meds straight, because they had no nurse and would not hire a temp. T hey had in writing eveything he was to take but never bothered to check his med book. We called almost daily, or visited about the meds. He went straight down hill and has since passed away. They will never admit a med mistake due to lawsuits.

The Korean War Veterans Association, H. Edward Reeves Chapter 311, here in Prescott, is very grateful for Granite Gate Senior Living Community's wonderful 'Monsoon Party' that was provided for us on Thursday, September 16, 2018. Our room and tables were decorated in a Western motif that put us in a party mood as soon as we entered. The forty attendees, most in their mid to late eighties, were all smiles for the whole event. Barbara Connors was the designer and installer of the dcor as well as the hostess who saw to all of our needs. Can't thank her enough.Chef Josh McComas served a delicious meal that had many going for seconds and left everyone very appreciative. It was evident that he had gone several extra miles in the preparation. Yum! Ditto on the thanks.Can't wait for our Christmas party.John McKinney, CommanderKWVA C311

I was referred to Granite Gate by a friend. I subsequently referred my clients to this wonderful long term care property. Everyone was extremely caring and professional. I was very impressed by how well engaged the residents appeared to be as I observed activities, etc. I will refer others to Granite Gate.

The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I personally have worked closely with Kaitlyn and Annette and they have bent over backward to help and accommodate me when I needed help. They are an amazingly community partner.

My experience as an employee of Granite Gate has been great. I enjoy coming to work and I love our residents, they make it special. We have a great staff, we are a family, its a great community. It definitely is Five Stars!
