Not happy with this place. The people in memory care are literally wasting away. They don't have a lot of activities, no pet therapy visits, no fun family get togethers, no outtings whatsoever. Putting my parent in here was a mistake. The caregivers constantly change and communication with families is terrible. They've got COVID caregivers and won't even share whether residents were exposed.

Just want to share with the public when you are looking for a place for your family please keep this in mind. I was at this building with a friend to visit a family member when we witnessed management yelling at staff about a mistake on someones medicine. Just think your considering this place for YOUR family and leadership is yelling at staff. WOW!! Oh, so you know there are less than 10 people living there and 2 of them are moving out after only being there for a few months. Hmmmm........

This place is very welcoming and treat my grandma great. The caretakers are fantastic. They really care about the people they serve!

My parents moved into the Mission on Oct 1. They had a wonderful first month...IIwould have given a 5 star rating for that month. Absolutely everything was wonderful...the staff was so friendly, the food outstanding, and the care given to my parents was fantastic. However, over the past few weeks, a new management company and new director has taken over and changed a lot of things without considering the needs of its residents first. The meals are now limited and a lot of staff that was very good at what they did have quit. Staff and residents are not as happy as they were before. I am waiting to see if the Mission can rebound from these ' growing pains' or if I am going to have to look for a new place for my parents, and hope that will not be the case.
