My parents lived independently at Freedom Plaza for 12 years, before my dad passed. Them my mom lived another 3 progressing from Independent care to assisted living to memory care. They always spoke very highly of living there and were happy with their decision. My siblings and I were pleased with their quality of living and care at every level. The staff treated my parents with love, as they would treat their own parents. The staff at Freedom Plaza has developed a culture that I have not seen at other care centers. I never fully understood the value of a life care facility until watching my parents enjoy their 80's and 90's with less stress and more activity. Thank you - everyone at Freedom Plaza for all you have been to my parents and family over the past 15 years. Bless you.

I have been a respite resident in the Inn for nearly four weeks. Can't say enough about the quality of care from nursing staff, activities staff, support staff and health care aides. The multi cultural team provides competent, caring and compassionate care. The food offered in the dining room is nutritious institutional food prepared for a wide range of palates.

We were very pleased with all the staff that took very good care of Susans mom. The caregivers treated her like their own family, the nurses were efficient and nice, and the manager, Steve, was always helpful. Everyone was appropriately informative to us her family. Mom was very happy she moved across the street to the Inn at the right time.

My mother has been at this facility for quite some time. The staff is attentive and very caring. They treat her as part of their family. She has transitioned from the Independent living to the assisted living and is now in memory care.The transition between the three levels has been seamless. The staff always habe a smile on their face and call me by name every time I visit my mother. If I ever have a problem or concern I can always go to either Steve or Marsha or Tiffany and it will be taken care of immediately I cant tell you how comforting it is to know that my mother is so well taken care of. I would recommend the assisted living and memory care to anyone looking for a loving caring facility to care for your parents.
