I put my Mother in Visions in November 4th, 2019.I paid for the month of Nov.My Mother passed on Nov. 9th. She was only in Visions for 5 days.Her insurance company refunded the money to Visions, and said they would refund me. I have spoken with Nathan from Visions several times, and he tells me I will only get a partial refund. It has been over 4 months and I have NOT received any refund or correspondence from them.Very disappointed with this business.

I have been with visions for over a year now. I truely love these residents as if they were my own family ! The whole care staff works hard everyday to make sure the residents are comfortabpe and feel at home. The cook Julie spoils the residents , if a resident is wanting or asking for a certain snack she trys to get that for them. I highly reccomend bringing your loved one to our facility , they will be treated with great care and love.

I have worked at visions for a little over 3 yrs. The visions community has become my 2nd family! The residents have a special place in my heart. Each with their own individuality and great personality. It has been such a joy to work with the staff and residents. I hope to be here for many more years to come. I highly recommend this facility for outstanding care and compassion of your family member!
