Grand Court of Mesa

If I could give them zero stars I would. This place is not run correctly and no one seems to know what they are doing. Since placing my grandma here it has been one issue after another. Medicine goes missing or not even given when its supposed to be and that happens every month. Now with everything going on with covid and the residents not able to eat in the dining area they have been delivering the food to their rooms, However they constantly skip her meals and she will call me telling me shes hungry they havent fed her (This has happened many times not just once or twice). Can you imagine having your loved one who you cant see call you and tell you they are hungry and not being taken care of? You place your loved ones here thinking they will be taken care of but that just isnt the case. I can only imagine how the other residents are being treated or how long they go without meals because they have no one to speak up for them, its completely unacceptable. Dont put your loved ones here its not how they sell you the place!
