I would rate this place a minus star if I could. My father passed away within a very short time after staying here. He had been I'll with the flu in the hospital and then we transferred him to the Rifle va untilni could bring him home. He was in great spirits and health when I left himnyhere. When I returned 3 days later he had not been eating and he was sitting in a chair in the open area with and EMPTY oxygen tank. The nurse said they had just checked him which is bull becasue he was all stretched out and his mouth wide open like a fish out of water gasping for air. The lack of oxygen and food shortened his life. This place is a disgrace.

My dad is a veteran and was refused admission because they were 'unable to provide him care because of his needs' isn't that what a skilled nursing facility is supposed to do?
