Wonderful facility! In an area inundated with assisted living, Brookdale Baywood is on the top of my list. Having several patients move in over the years, I have only heard great things from them and their families. The staff are very professional and work very hard to accommodate the needs of their residents.

They are in the process of selling. They have replaced all the plumbing in the entire building. Fortunately, we took our friend on an outing since there was NO place for residents to use the bathroom. Carpeting also needs to be replaced. Caregivers are friendly and attentive.

This community is under new management and the changes are great! staff appear to be happier and the food is amazing!! thank you for the changes!!

This community has made huge strides over the past year. With having all new management take over this place is glowing. You walk in and feel happy, warm and so glad to be in such a welcoming place. If you want to find an amazing place for your love one, Baywood is the place for you!
