What a great place to come to if you're retired! My 82 yr old mother is enrolled here, the staff is so helpful and friendly, great smiles upon entering, answer all your questions, great exercise room, and you can meet numerous people from all over the states, my grandmother used to come here back in the eighties n nineties, she really enjoyed bit there up until her passing, several family members and friends go here too! Great exercise program too! Highly recommend this place! Come visit!

Warm and inviting. The staff, especially Nico, are super friendly and helpful. Love the Friday yoga and selection of activities. Non judgmental place!
