This is not a good place to work. They don't have any good management. None of theirs managers are graduates. They lack the skills to manage people. Workers are suffering and complaining but they refused to understand that there points. Because of this, the residents are suffering too.

Hacienda Del Rey is an amazing a facility with an awesome, caring staff. From the moment you walk in youre greeted with a warm friendly smile and you feel like family. We have searched the Goodyear area many times over the years to find the perfect place for a elderly, good friend of ours with dementia and MS. We have had her in two other places out here and became disenchanted with both over a few years. Though put off by the name 'Hacienda', I scheduled a tour in early February and was very impressed. They are not related to the infamous other 'Hacienda'. My partner did the tour the next day and was also impressed. The houses are very clean, the grounds well maintained and the staff energetic. Our friend moved in the end of February and loves it! She is more socially engaged and is not as cranky. The food is fresh, delicious and varied. We highly recommend Hacienda del Rey! One of our neighbors is checking out the facility for her husband that has Alzheimers.
