While the people are indeed kind, they are in no physical shape to run this type of facility. The owner (and only night shift personnel) passed out in front of me at 9 pm. Her husband was called and came to her rescue, but also said it had happened before. He was often seen imbibing alcohol as early as 10 am and throughout the day. The other staff felt family members visiting and helping was a threat. Unless some major changes were made recently, I would not recommend this very cute and homey place.
