The nurse at this facility did not make the transition for my grandma pleasant at all. Coming from A nurse all we needed was for someone to have my grandmas best interest,an advocate which she failed to do. Management needs to find someone who they feel has their patients and families best interest at heart.

New management is terrible, retaliates against employees for speaking up about issues, belittles you, and tell blatant LIES to get you out the door.

I have worked there for a couple of months and that place is a disgrace I have seen the care workers hit the patients over the head and pinch them and I have found drugs underneath the patients bed It is a horrible place. I also called the number they gave me to call and reported them and all they did was fire me, I have video of the caregivers hitting the patients and picture of the drug that was underneath a patients bed. To be honest I dont know how this place is still open.

My Mother-in-Law has been at Brookdale North Glendale for about a year and a half now. The North Glendale location has the joy of having Tarah Miller as their Business Office Coordinator. But Tarah is much more than that. Tarah is always up beat, happy, and interacts so great with the residents. Her experience in caregiving allows her to step in and help with the more hands on side of care for the residents. The staff is truly what makes this home for my Mother-in-Law a great place for her to be.

I am the granddaughter to a current resident at Brookdale north Glendale the care that is provided by the care staff all the way to the management team is truly exceptional.. I wanna give a special thanks to Tarah who is the business office manager for not just taking care of my grandpas account but also this girl works the floor in the clinical non stop has no problem stepping up her game to help in every which way she can. Plus she goes above and beyond for my family and always has a smile on her face. I couldnt imagine coming in and not seeing her she makes my day bright!!! I appreciate her and the staff at north Glendale so many positive changes. Tarah you have a true gift and I appreciate you 100%!!!
