We have my mother here in the assisted living side, she does suffer from Alzheimers and I found the staff to be caring and administrators are very good about communicating on any issue that may arise. She has been there for over two years and we are very happy with the care she receives. I did notice that since Brokedale took over the administration has become come much more proactive with the communication we receive. The staff does a very good job with the care they provide. My Brother has been a resident at Brookdale for almost five months and I haven't seen him this happy in a facility in years. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make him feel welcomed. He likes the food and gets the care he needs. His room is always clean as well as his clothes. Putting him in Brookdale was a good decision and I know he is well cared for.
