Maureen - Not fair to give the entire facility a poor rating based on a single aspect of a third party service. Primrose is one of the best facilities available in Cheyenne. Our family chose the facility because it is the only one to offer full kitchens and laundry hookups in the independent living apartments. Cordial staff, nicely appointed, director knows everyone and has fireside chats with the tenants. Very accessible, several convenient amenities. Now, if they only had a mini-mart on the corner. All in all, a great place.
