First time there would be nice if someone was by the door to help find room. Nurses at station weren't as pleasant as most places the one on the 2nd floor was great.

I have been a CNA since 2007, and have worked at 3 long term care nursing homes. This is by FAR the nicest out of the 3. The management and nursing staff is amazing and caring. The laundry and housekeepers do a wonderful job keeping the building neat and clean. The building itself is beautiful and the rooms are cozy and each come with your own bathroom and shower. It's hard to please everyone when it comes to the food, but it is all served hot and it always looks and smells yummy.For the most part all nursing homes have the same issues of undersaffing, but here they work really hard to ensure that the building is fully staffed. That to me shows that they genuinely care for the staff and the residents. They give out incentives to the workers who pick up extra shifts, and I have even gotten a gas card when I volunteered to stay when there was a call in.I am writing this all on my own and no one had to ask me. I genuinely love working for this company and genuinely love each and every resident I care for.

Great staff. Very caring and understanding.

They took good care of my mom in her final days and made the family comfortable.
