This assisted living facility was fine until our mom's dementia worsened, then their true colors showed! Workers ignored mom's light, they called ambulance over 5 times in less then 2 months for no real reasons and administration wouldn't communicate with us. A nightmare for our family until could get mom moved. AWFUL feeling to have to see your loved one mistreated!!!!!

I am a former employee of the Waterford at Wisconsin Rapids. I loved working there, all the staff really care about the residents well-being. They demonstrate a team effort in providing quality care and ensuring residents rights are always honored. I would definitely work there again :)
