The community director, Amy Pingel, has taken very good care of my brother who has frontal temporal dementia/lewy body dementia. She has welcomed both my sister and I with open arms. She's very good to us and when we have an issue that comes up we can call her any time of the day whether she is working or not. The atmosphere is very clean and when issues do come up they're taken care of by her and her staff.

This is not a facility for someone with advanced Dementia. My husband was in an abusive situation the 4 days he was there. I finally had to call the ambulance and get him into Wausau Aspirus.

My family and I have found Tender Reflections to be the best facility in Marathon County! The Community Director is dedicated and caring, always available to respond and assist with any questions or concerns. They offer a wide variety of meals and snacks and are always willing to accommodate even the finicky eater. Staff is caring, considerate and compassionate towards the residents and family members. The facility is filled with natural lighting and very well maintained. Before choosing Tender Reflections, our family reviewed DHS licensing non-compliance reports and visited every Memory Care facility in the County more than once, and Tender Reflections shined above all others. They exemplify responsiveness and best practice in the Memory Care Industry. We are so happy that we found them and that my mom and our family have become a members of the Tender Reflections Community.

My sister WAS a resident & DOES NOT have memory issues. It is mostly a memory care residence & the best thing about it is that its a locked facility ( If you dont care how your family member is treated, this is the place for you!). Everything else about is it mistreatment of staff & residents!!! There are so many horrible things about this Tender Relections, too many to write! Because of numerous violations that were reported to the state licensing department, it should closed!!!!!!!!
