Terrible care. No staff supervision. Cold and nasty food. Can't keep staff, administration changes every couple of weeks. Billing is messed up. No one answers the phone. My mom wasn't showered for weeks at a time. Poor assessment of her medical condition, requiring frequent hospitalization initiated by family and not the staff. I discourage anyone from sending your loved one there.
