My tour at Waterford Senior living was extremely nice the facility is very clean the staff is very helpful and caring and connect well with all the patients. The facility offers a lot of amenities to treat the residents with high level of care and understanding. Their memory care unit was very secure. Their overall prices for care are very competitive with other Senior Care facilities within the Wisconsin area and I had a very good experience that allowed me to feel very good about being there.

I've been working with Waterford Senior Living since 2014. I love to see the fun activities they have for residents and how much they share online and through social media so families near and far can follow along with what their loved ones are up to on a consistent basis. If you're looking for a great Assisted Living Facility in Racine County, WI I would highly recommend WSL!

If I could give this facility and its directors zero stars, it would still be more than this horrible facility deserves. Dont let the pretty decor fool you, they are understaffed and under equipped to adequately care for patients in their memory care unit. From oxygen tanks being empty numerous times (or being turned off or incorrectly hooked up) to leaving our mother in the same position for hours beyond the physician prescribed turning schedule resulting in painful bedsores, to numerous assisted falls (one resulting in a head injury and a trip to the emergency room) to inadequate record keeping and issues far too numerous to mention, WSL let our mother down in horrific ways. Run, dont walk, to another facility.
