This review is Noel Manor - Legacy (Memory Care). Our family member was a resident and it was a horrible experience for her and our family. She required a higher level of care. We meet with admissions at Noel Manor and were promised many things, but in most areas they didn't deliver. The building was often understaffed. Some staff were trained but many staff seemed unfamiliar with typical protocols to care for the elderly. They provided transportation but didn't communicate the mileage limit or availability. They didn't have a RN available to assist during an injury. We were told, there was an on-call nurse, but she was not available. The food was poor, etc. The building is nice, but the care provided was not what we were promised.

I have lived at Noel Manor for about a year. Noel Manor is a beautiful facility. There are so many nice nice people. You feel included so quickly when you move in. I think Noel Manor plans a lot of wonderful celebrations, parties and outings for us. You can be busy from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm if you wanted to. You never have to feel alone when you live at Noel Manor.

I have lived at Noel Manor for less than a year. The staff and residents are friendly, the facility is clean, and the transportation driver, Jeff, is very nice!

When I moved in at Noel Manor, being a local of Verona, I knew many residents who already lived here. This helped my transition run so smoothly. I enjoy playing cards the most, and the other activities that are offered here are enjoyable. The fact that there is an exercise program with a good instructor has improved my health on a daily basis. The staff are wonderful. The community is great all around!

I am able to keep my independence while living at Noel Manor. When I moved into this facility, it was and has been very friendly; staff are willing to help when it is needed, as well as the residents being so welcoming. I knew a resident before coming, and that helped my transition significantly. The food is delicious. The culinary department is always open for constructive criticism & they've hired great staff. I may attend whatever activities that I show an interest in. The fact that the additional expenses are included with the rent, for example, utilities, basic charter, etc., is a bonus. I am very happy here!
