New Perspective Senior Living | Sun Prairie

My mom is a resident at New Perspective Senior Living | Sun Prairie and she does not like many aspects about living there. She does not like the food. In the kitchen they cant seem to hold onto a regular staff including a good cook. They even decided to charge an extra $2 for a scoop of ice cream with dessert, sort of unusual when they pay over $3,600 per month to live there. It appears that the company that runs New Perspective Senior Living cares more about how much money they make than treating the residents and staff well. There have been many excellent employees but they dont seem to stay long for many various reasons. When the staff turnover is so high it affects the resident negatively. There many positives about living there but right now the negatives are out weighing the positives. If you are considering moving a loved one to New Perspective Senior Living | Sun Prairie think twice or make sure to do your homework and ask plenty of questions first.

I really am fond of living here. I enjoy living here. Did not know what to expect, living here. But it has been great. Every one is so friendly. Like the food. Changing menus all the time so that is good. Dont eat same thing all the time. Great activities. Im very pleased with what has happened here.

Love it here. This is better than any place I have ever been. You better tell everyone about this place.

I moved here to be by family. Retired and come and go as I want. When packages are delivered they are accepted by the Concierge (8a-8p) & then I am notified. Packages are locked up until I can pick them up 'No porch pirating'. After hours, coming into a locked facility through a heated garage. If something arises they have caregivers around 24-7. I feel very secure here.
