Horrible place to work. Residents and families make false allegations about staff and when the allegations are proven to be unsubstantiated they refuse to pay the staff for the time theyve been made to stay home. Residents get preferential treatment because their family member works there in the facility. There are times when there is not enough staff to take care of the residents so they need travel staff and the travel staff are mistreated.
