The staff can be good people or they can be bad people it all depends on the situations you are placed in at the homes, but as a past employee I can tell you if you do not stick to the Leeds interpretation of the behavioral support planned then you will be in trouble even if their interpretation violates DHS codes and basic common sense. Also if you bring up these violations you will be let go of and barred from ever working for the company again.
