I would like to speak to the owner(s), or the corporate entity directly involved with this facility, specifically in regards to certain public statements made by a member of the upper management that could be very damaging to the companies reputation in the community, the current census, and current and future profits should it go any further. As a professional myself living and working in the same community, I was very shocked and utterly disturbed with what I read, in no way do the comments made support your mission statement or core values. Thank you for your time. Once resolved I will change my review. As a past employee getting her start in the healthcare business at this location many years ago, its very sad to see the hierarchy acting so unbelievably unprofessional.
