Man alive. This place cannot get their act together. This is strike 2 for us with finding a place for my grandmother. lack of staff, no management. Apparently according to a staff member they don't even have a director or an administrator, just some office manager running the buildings. The place has lawsuits against it because of care and is just a train wreck. I feel bad for all the seniors that live there. This is a cute nursing home, but needs new owners. I would guess that all the reviewers on here were staff that were forced to write these positive reviews. ASK THE OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS WITH PARENTS OR GRANDPARENTS THAT LIVE THERE. You'll see. There are plenty of others to choose from.

Copperleaf Assisted Living is a wonderful place to work! Its such an honor to do activities and recreational therapy with these residents. Its truly a family environment here, one of support, positivity and love. We are a team and truly care about the important work we do here. Couldnt ask for a better work environment.

My experience with Copper Leaf Assisted Living has been good. Copper Leaf is the ideal size and lends itself to the feeling of a pleasant community with exceptional one on one care. The staff is professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. They truly care about the well-being of the residents. Copper Leaf publishes a monthly calendar with plenty of activities to keep everyone active, social and spiritually. The rooms are private and quiet, allowing for peace of mind. There are plenty of trails to go for walks on and get outside. My father has been at Copper Leaf almost 2 years and enjoys watching the birds coming to his numerous feeders and the views of the outdoors. If we have any questions or concerns, the staff responds quickly and thoroughly.
