Our House Senior Living - River Falls Memory Care

I decided to put down a deposit for a room for my mom in early Nov. I was told a possible opening would happen within 2 to 4 weeks. I never heard back from Our House. I called several times but none of my calls were returned. In January, I decided due to the poor communication I would ask for a return of my $500 deposit check. It took several phone calls and messages to finally get in contact with the House Manager. It took several more weeks to get my deposit back. It came back in the form of a company check. A few days after depositing it I was informed by my bank that the check was no good the account it came from was blocked and I was charged $10 for the returned check. I called Our House and they apologized and said they would check into it and get back to me. I called last Friday and still have not heard back. I just called again today, Thursday. I am so frustrated with Our House and the poor communication and the accounting. I feel that we are fortunate that I did not place my mom in Our House.

I really enjoy working here the residents are wonderful and we are one big family with a passion of helping our residents I have never been so excited to go to work before as I am now

Our House Senior Living in River Falls is such a great place to work. Walking into the building its so welcoming and has such a home like feel. Management and Staff are very friendly and always have a smile on there face. Making is such a welcoming environment to work for!
