Did not provide the elder support that they included in the contract. You are on your own if most of the time and there is little to do at this place. No birds, puzzles, or computers.

My father has lived at COH for 3 years. I feel it is a good community for our loved ones who can no longer care for themselves. I have good communication with the team that works at COH, so I never worry or wonder what is happening day in and day out with my father. I live 2 hours away from the home and they have handled any situation that may have come up in a professional manner. I appreciate what they have done for me and my father. One downfall is activities which I believe they are working on improving!

The staff at Comforts of Home - 'The Lodge' in River Falls, demonstrated a level of care, communication and support for my dad that was truly appreciated. I highly recommend this specific assisted living home for anyone needing a place for extra support and care for a loved one.
