Ive worked for a lot of heath care facilities but let me tell you this one is truly something different. Management is a huge problem with healthcare but not at Cambridge! The management team jumps on the floor and helps you with any task. You need a shoulder to cry on because of a stressful day there they for you with open arms. Im willing to drive each and every day and hour to work because I enjoy my job so much. The staff is amazing. I highly recommend Cambridge senior living to anyone weather there looking for a job or to place a loved one.
