Our house in Portage is like living at home, except there is 24/7 care! The staff goes over and above to accommodate individuals living there. The facility is beautifully decorated and continually gives a warm feeling of being at home.

My husband and I make weekly visits to Our House. We have ALWAYS found the staff genuinely and caringly interacting with the residents. More importantly though are the comments from the residents who say 'how nice everyone is'. :)

The building is smaller in structure and this really gives staff the opportunity to get to know the residents and build friendships. Staff is very caring and tries their best to keep residents comfortable and happy. Management does an excellent job with employees, families and above all the residents. They are very involved with the day to day happenings in this building at it really shows!

My mom has been at Our House for over 2 years. While she lives in the memory care facility she has all the comforts of home and excellent care. The staff is caring and friendly.
