UPDATE- I have changed my review after seeing this company handle the issues I mentioned. Still waiting on the new carpet in the hallsways, but I understand that takes time. I'll give it 5 stars at that time. The woman who I reviewed poorly as the manager is no longer there. The new manager, Michelle, is AMAZING. I think she genuinely cares about the tenants and their quality of life. My opinion of Silvernail has changed so much for the better that we have added my grandmother to the waiting list.

The manager Sherrie Szombathelyi made up lies about my family and told us we were not allowed to visit my 79year old Mother Sherrie Szombathelyi told my Mom on January 2nd, 2018 my family was not allowed to visit. It was only after this that I became upset with Sherrie Szombathelyi who twisted the story and lied saying we could not visit because I became upset. Attorney Wimmer lies too. They me that their attorney sent me a letter which is a lie their attorney never sent me a letter. They told my wife their attorney sent me a letter which is also a lie the state of Wisconsin forwarded a letter to me that was written by their attorney. Their attorney never directly sent me a letter as they stated to my wife.
