I have never had such a negative work experience working in a facility like this before.

Disgruntled employees should not be allowed to write reviews. In my experience, the View at Pine Ridge is a beautiful, caring, like home atmosphere. I can only hope to be fortunate enough to live out my golden years in a great place like this.

HORRIBLE!!!! I am not one to write reviews let alone bad ones, Ive been doing caregiving for several years and this is by far the worst....staff is like a group of high school girls who try and single people out and make them want to quit, the administrator could care less about your problems and sits and laughs as your heated trying to explain a work issue to him and they wonder why the turn over rate is so high?? Residents there get treated like children and do not get the proper care they are paying for!!! Could be because knew staff who have never been in this line of work DO NOT get trained correctly. There are way better places out there that actually know what they are doing check those places out before sticking someone at the view. Disgruntled employee? Nope just a past employee who saw a lot of bad and wants other people to proceed with caution.

The view at pine ridge is an awful assistant living home, I would never put one of my loved ones in here. Care givers abuse the residents mentally and physically and once brought up to administration, nothing is done about it. If you dont care about your loved ones at all then the view at pine ridge is the place for you ! Not just a disgruntled employee... Im just letting everyone know the truth instead of listening to the 5 reviews of people who all work there and of course will stick up for their job. Not everyone at the view is awful, just how everything is ran and handled is like dealing with a bunch of children. The residents are NOT the first priority and arent treated like they should be.. instead the administration at the view at pine ridge decides its ok to hide residents when there is a tour coming through.. and they think its ok to be little the residents and treat them like their babies instead of the adults they are. The view at pine ridge is NOT for your loved ones and thats just a fact.

Locally owned and operated with a family feel you cant get better than this. Two big reasons this is my favorite place to work. Number one the staff. The team here is phenomenal. Its like a big family and we all know families have their ups and downs, but these care practioners, nurses, and administration staff really care about the people that live and work here. I pinch myself every morning wondering if I really get to be this lucky to be associated with such wonderful people! Number two locally owned and operated. There are no corporate ladders to climb. No tiers of management to oblige. No wait times to make things happen. When a family or staff member needs an answer they get it. When a family or staff member has feedback (good or bad) we are transparent in addressing it and working together to put solutions in place. When we need to do the right thing in the best interest of a resident or employee, we have the ability to do the right thing. The owner is generous with time and money, supporting the greater community. Being privately owned makes us accountable to our residents and staff, not to mention the increased productivity and innovation we achieve as small, local business. I feel blessed to the an employee. I am proud and honored to represent The View at Pine Ridge assisted living and memory care.
