Today was my first time into Tudor Oaks. I went into the main entrance to drop off some supplies. I am a hospice HHA. I was not greeted but questioned by the front desk receptionist. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I left the item I had brought on the desk but the receptionist did not even assure me she would notify the recipient. I hope this was someone just filling in temporarily at the front desk.

I have been working here for about three years at the reception desk, love the residents here and what awesome group of people working here that really care about what they do . Compassionate and Caring..doesn't feel like a job, more like just helping family ! Tammy Preske.
