I visited Primrose a while back with my family and we were impressed! From dining to nursing the staff here is excellent! We didn't end up choosing Primrose because of distance, but I have no doubt my family would've be taken care of here! Thank you to all the management staff & everyone else that works so hard at their job!

Very nice place..thats the least I can say... some of the CNSs are nice and work hard the rest are lazy... Ive seen for myself they sit down a lot and dont care for the residents... some of the food is terrible and the kitchen Director is very young jokes a lot and doesnt care about the food that he puts into he menu he needs to be more mature and stop with the foolishness!!! The other two young girls that work in the kitchen are very nice and welcoming...the nurses are very nice and the office managers are okay as well... would not recommend until they get better caring staff and a better kitchen director...

The food is horrible. Highly processed. Half of the time it isn't hot when they serve it. The kitchen has been serving cabbage soup for lunch recently. Really?! They serve the same things week after week, very rarely changing the menu. The rest of the facility is very nice however they are always short staffed.

I did not personally visit Primrose, but my son and daughter-in-law who live in Bristol took a tour. They called me and were very impressed with the facility. Sent me some pictures on Message. Looks like a nice place, however, I would like to see it myself sometime.
