The room was very small in rehab, the cooling/heating system was broken and continued to be broken though the service man was called multiple times, the nursing staff was unable to meet medication times and the staff did not bathe the patient as was ordered.The dining room for residents was continually empty when we went to visit the Bistro to purchase a light meal. Inquiries with residents provided reviews that the food is terrible in the beautiful dining room. Common areas are opulently decorated.
