My Grandmothers friend moved in here and went through the contract very carefully; unfortunately, they think they can charge $100 more then the original contract. Let me tell you, we are contacting our lawyer about this... this is horrible you cant promise one price then be like oops, we meant $100 more ... absolutely shameless. How dare they take advantage of the elderly!
