A well maintained and beautiful facility. The service level does not match the appearance. Very disappointed in the service my mother received. We had to ask several times for ice for the rehab machine, often visiting the kitchen ourselves to retrieve the ice. The lack of a schedule for OT and PT was also a bit concerning to the family and despite several attempts, no schedule was provided. My mother was not released with the balance of her prescription medicine.

While it was very difficult to watch my sister in her final days, we were comforted in the fact that their nursing staff was always there for her. Their smiles, laughs, and tender touch gave us all strength to embrace her final precious days. They treated her like family and it truly made a difference.Newcastle is an outstanding care facility!

Very sad when spend a lot of money for care and think youve selected a place that will provide above par care only to find that the basics are not adequately covered. There arent enough care takers in memory care, there is a lack of hygiene and attention to fluid intake. Weve had two UTIs with mom in 4 month and the lack of attention is to blame. Could never recommend this place even though the appearance is nice.
