Was there 20 days. Don't think sheets were ever changed. Nurse argued with me about my prescribed meds. But nursing assistants friendly and helpful though a bit understaffed

Under staffed..... Doctor requested test on timely fashion did not happen.... Pair of shoes were stolen and will do nothing about it ....when discharged they never went through what was needed at home. Loss of medication and what neefed

Very competent staff helpful aides

Very under staffed to the point it should be illegal to run a nursing home with only 2 CNA's to get residents (up to 25 or more) in and out of bed using a lift, bathing care, help feed them, and to watch them in case of injury. The CNA's that are there try their hardest to give good care, but, they need more staff. I was there last night when a resident fell...no one was there when they fell, but, did their best when reported. Please hire 2 more CNA's for the evening shift. When students are there, they are so helpful and residents are better taken care of. I change my mothers bedding, if I didnt, she'd more than likely sleep in soiled linens. The staff there deserve a 5 star for all the hard work they do, but give the owners a 0 for not providing enough staff to really give great care for the $11,500.00 a month they get for one resident. I have more to say, I just wish it was more positive words, but its not.

My mother was a patient here for 2 weeks in April. The nursing care was awful. Was told by one nurse they were busy and not to ask for anything because she wouldnt get it. Kindness and compassion were certainly lacking at their Menomonee Falls facility! If I could give it zero stars, I would!!!!DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!!!!!
