Great place to work but not enough communication and some of the staffs there start to much drama and care for the residents like they should be care for.

I just started working there recently and my experience with the workers and elderly is very welcoming and they are such great people you learn so much about each other and when you walk into the house it feels like home it feels like everyone is family doesn't feel like work and that's the best part!
