I almost didn't tour this facility based on previous reviews, but that would have been a huge mistake! The current staff at Tender Reflections have not only expertly and compassionately cared for my mother, but also have expertly and compassionately communicated with me throughout her residency. Their guidance throughout each downturn has been invaluable. I am so grateful for the support they have provided and glad that we have been able to spend the most difficult part of my mom's journey in such a clean, beautiful place that felt home-like and welcoming.

I have no complaints. The workers are great and they go above and beyond. The place is very spacious and comfortable.

My mother is currently staying there and when I can't see her, I try giving her a call...TRY being the operative word. Every time i ask for her I got hung up on (Kelly was the employee name with the last encounter. I called back and she picked up right away. I asked to speak with my mother. Her response was she had to go all the way to the end of the hall to see if she's up. That is your job. I have every right to speak to my mother. I fear that she's not being taken care of and neglected m ll. I'm glad my father goes to see her everyday. At least that way we KNOW she's safe. Even if we have to do it ourselvesm we would have been better keeping her at home.

Everything marridian thelen is say is true. I couldn't believe the living conditions of people's loved ones when I walked in. This place needs to be shut down asap.
