This facility is owned by Independent Living. Every where you look they boast about helping seniors. Not only am I a senior but also physically disabled. When they were called for rental information, I was told $2100 for 18 months, then they would use my other finding sources!!!!! The rental amount is MY TOTAL INCOME, and why 18 months not using funding options I have available??? NO THEY DONT CARE ABOUT SENIORS OR PEOPLE NEEDING ASSISTED LIVING THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY

This is going to be a wonderful combination independent and assisted living community. The grand opening celebration and tour was so much fun and the food, prepared by the house chef, was delicious. The apartments seem very well planned for a variety of needs. The bathrooms are expansive and really beautiful. I especially liked the look at the warm water pool. This will be so nice for the senior community to get some very enjoyable and comfortable exercise.
