An Oakwood Village Employee used abusive language towards a Resident that is currently living at OakWood Village in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. The residents daughter was on the phone while this incident occurred heard. The worker threw the residents cellphone and told the resident and I quote to change yourself. This is no way how to talk to a resident and or a persons family member. Oakwood Core Values is to help older adults lead lives of growth, happiness, health and security. And that core value was broken today. I do not recommend anyone to bring their loved ones here because they will not be treated in with oak woods core values.
